This is our first tour: Sheung Wan Tour! The tour is targeted to teenagers, which are 13-19 years old. Teenagers nowadays know little about the traditional Chinese cuisine. The tour would let them have more understanding about dried marine seafood. During the tour, we talked about the food value, different categories and most importantly the selection and cooking method of some of the dried seafood. Recommendations on choosing the dried seafood shops and the kinds of dried seafood were given to our guests too. While visiting the shops along the streets, we also provided some backgrounds and history of the Dried Seafood Streets to the guests.
